What is Breast cancer:

It is one kind of cancer, which affect the human body’s breast. Cancer means the uncontrolled growth of body cells. Same way, it occurs when breast cells grow uncontrollably. There are different kinds of breast cancer. But this depends on, which cells of the breast are affected or grow uncontrollably. It can start in one or both breasts.
This breast cancer can affect any part of the breast. Every breast has 3 main parts which are – lobules, ducts, and connective tissue (source). The lobules part of the breast produces milk. The ducts carry milk to the nipple. And the connective tissue holds and surrounds the lobules, ducts, and everything of the breast. Research says, almost 80%-90% of breast cancer begins at the lobules or ducts.

This cancer can spread outside the breast through blood vessels and lymph vessels. So, if this is can not identify at the primary stage, then this cancer can spread to other parts of the body and other body parts can be affected by cancer.

Causes:

Breast cancer occurs when cells in the breast divide abnormally. But scientists and doctors don’t know exactly why these abnormal cells divide happened. Breast cancer risk increase both for man and women after 50 years old. Whatever, after doing many research scientists found some reasons for it.

1. Family history and genetic reason. If your father, mother, brother, sister, or close relatives have any cancer history then you may have a chance of breast cancer.

2. Everyone knows, Smoking or Tobacco is the reason for cancer. So, if anyone takes tobacco or smoking have a chance of breast cancer.

3. We know alcohol damage the stomach and make us fat. Research says, drinking alcohol can cause breast cancer.

4. Excess radiation therapy can cause breast cancer, especially if you take radiation therapy to your neck, head, or chest.

5. Hormone replacement therapy also may cause breast cancer.

Types of breast cancer:

There are different types of breast cancer that can affect our breasts, especially women.

1. Infiltrating (invasive) ductal carcinoma:

This type of breast cancer affects the breast milk ducts. Also, it affects the side tissue of the breast milk ducts. This is a common type of breast cancer. 80% of patients have this type of cancer among all breast cancer patients.

2. Ductal carcinoma in situ:

This is called primary type cancer. Because in this time cancer cells do not spread outside the milk ducts. This condition is very simple, don’t panic. This type of cancer can easily be treatable and cured. But you should get an appointment with the doctor immediately, otherwise, cancer can spread to the other good cells. The doctor just separates the affected cell from the other healthy cells.

3. Infiltrating (invasive) lobular carcinoma:

This type of cancer can grow up in your breast lobules area (where breast milk production takes place). Then this cancer can spread to surrounding tissue.

4. Lobular carcinoma in situ:

This type of cancer is not an actual type of cancer. It is a primary type or pre-condition type of cancer. This indicates that you are at risk of breast cancer. So, it is important for women to take clinical tests.

5. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC):

Triple-negative breast cancer is one of the most challenging breast cancer to treat. But if you find it early stage, you can get better treatment.

6. Inflammatory breast cancer:

This is a rare and dangerous type of cancer. This type of cancer affected people’s feelings and notice, redness, swelling, pitting, and dimpling in their breasts.

7. Paget’s disease of the breast:

This type of cancer can damage breast skin, including surrounding the breast nipple.

Symptoms of Breast Cancer:

Chemotherapy:

Chemotherapy is now one of common a popular treatments for any kind of cancer. It is a surgery-free treatment. In chemotherapy, doctors transform the chemo ray on cancer cells, which kill and destroy cancer cells or tissue. After the chemotherapy doctor suggests some medicines. Or sometimes doctors suggest both chemotherapy and medicine side by side. In this method doctors no need to cut out the part of cancer tissue.

Hormonal therapy:

Sometimes doctors suggest hormonal therapy. This therapy transforms the tissue into normal growth.

Eating a lot of fiber or scaly foods reduces the risk of breast cancer. Fermented foods play a role in accelerating the maturation process, removing waste, and keep cleaning.

Fresh fruits:

Fresh fruits reduce the risk of cancer. Berries types of fruits such as blueberries, strawberries, and black raspberries are particularly useful. Pomegranate contains Aldeic acid, which is a high-quality anti-oxidant. Yellow, green, and orange color vegetables have phytochemicals and carotenoids. Such vegetables and fruits include carrots, sweet potatoes, sweet potatoes, and spinach. Eat more of them. Cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, etc. have a lot of anti-oxidants. In addition, these vegetables contain glucosinolate compounds. They help prevent cancer.

There are beneficial fats in olive oil, avocado, and almonds. These are especially useful. In addition, you can eat cold-water fish at least three days a week.
Sweet and sugary foods, high-fat foods, trans fat, alcohol, fast food, and red meat should be avoided as much as possible.
